No internet 3 green lights

I'm the the Witham area. Have three green lights on my box, reset multiple times and there has been no internet connect from my box for 24 hours. No issue connecting to router

@Simbo the recommended fix for this is to power down the hub for at least 60 minutes which should force a change of server node which is probably causing the problem. A small % of Sky's nearly 6 million connections do go faulty and cannot route traffic correctly. If you have an urgent need to use a connection adding a public DNS address to a device's network set up can help Google's service on 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 are popular.
