No guaranteed speed
slow internet for 11 days!!! no guaranteed speed. The problem has been reported on the sky website for days now and you still haven't solved the problem, I think it's time to give up

@Patrycja459 have you called Sky to report the fault? Alternatively run thecfull connection test in the My Sky app as that can book an engineer to check your line.
