No equipment arrived yet for broadband

My broadband goes live tomorrow and my equipment still hasn't arrived. I have checked the order status and it says awaiting dispatch. 
I'm a bit concerned I'm going to be without internet tomorrow. 
Not a great start and after just switching back from another provider. How long does it usually take for equipment to arrive?

@Charlottenutman Sky dispatch hubs by post to arrive a day or so before activation. The tracking is not particularly accurate but if the hub has not in fact be dispatched it can be because Openreach have rescheduled the activation but your order status should show that.

If the hub has not arrived bybthe time the activation has happened Sky will send a second unit but they cannot do that until the actuvation is complete and no hub hasxarrived.

@Charlottenutman you can call Sky but usually they cannot do anything if the hub has not arrived until after activation.
