No connection

Broadband not working. Fully connected but its got green light on and not working at all even though when I run the test on app its showing as working in good order

Same here, no wifi at all in the last half an hour though when I ran tests Sky confirms no issues and it's meant to be connected.. Hoping someone from Sky picks it up

My internet stopped working 20 minutes ago, it just shows orange for the internet on the box but the checker on here says everything is fine

Me too! Mine just cut out about 5 minutes ago! 2 green lights and 2 orange lights!

Same problem here, middle light fixed on orange, left and right lights are green. No WiFi in LS25 area.  As others have said it did the same last night/morning at the same time. Really doesn't help when I'm studying for a degree and the internet is not reliable.

It's extremely annoying when this happens because every single time there's an issue, the signal checker reports no faults... mind blowing.

  • Same here in Norfolk. Run checks and Sky say its all working but its not! 2 green lights and two amber. No internet and no tv as im on Sky glass.

Same here in S.Yorks. Signal went down around 1am and has been for an hour, hub shows amber light, restarted multiple times, zero fixes. Checker states all services running, however this happens multiple nights per week lately.

Same problem here In Scotland, 2 green and an amber, but says nothing is wrong on service checker

Connection went down here in South Wales about 15 minutes ago. Middle and right light are fixed on orange.

Started working again for about 10 minutes but it's gone again. This is really frustrating when I'm trying to work.
