No connection !

No connection. But test shows no problem. Broadband 2 red dots!

@EmS979 the service check in the My Sky app shows the last routine test click onnthe broadband link to do a new test. However unless thst tells you Sky are aware of a fault on your line you need to call them to report the issue.
