NO ONT BOX AT NEW HOUSE

I recently moved houses and was scheduled for broadband setup last friday, recieved sms from open reach that your broadband is live but there is no ONT box at the property. I  have called sky multiple times but no resolution yet.

@Anshul1983 are you sure Sky are providing a full fibre service and that your the service at your new home is not over a copper phone line?
