No connection

Hi there. 

We got fibre installed this morning. We are having massive issues with it today. The connection dropped in our old hub and now the connection keeps dropping with our new one. It's only staying connected for about 2 minute windows. I work from home and this is far from ideal. Each time I run a report it states that there is signal even though the hub indicates a red light and the data light is not showing either. There is no internet connection available.

 and have you plugged  the hub  into it?

@andy+ma Where informed by the Engineer that installed switchover may be a little erratic, you would be well advised to return your old hub especially if it was the Black SR203 back on the ONT connection. Link below will show you, called the Sky Broadband Hub!
