Slow broadband

Spoke to someone on phone last week, internet is only 92mb should be 600. Was meant to get a call back with next step of action, heard nothing!

Sick of calling mate. Get told I'll personally call you back. Then nothing! Can't watch much tv due to the streaming service running off the crappy broadband 🙄 feel like just pulling it all out and going with virgin but have 2 mobiles on a mobile account so don't want to lose them even though they have different account numbers

@Khiabd02 If you need help from the Forum user's then more detail would be required than you have already given, if you feel that it is outside your comfort zone, then it's a sky visit to look at and fix what you think is an issue!
