No connection

Is there a contact email address to speak to an advisor? I'm unable to call being in a low coverage area  

My broadband activated this morning, confirmation text receieved but still no internet

It can take up to midnight to activate. Sky don't use email for general communication. If it's not up tomorrow give Sky a call by dialling 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if that's working.

@Emily0121  Sky don't use email as a form of contact, also broadband activations can take up to midnight to go live, therefore you'll need to wait until this time, if it hasn't gone live please post back to this thread.

I do not have a landline, only broadband so that isnt an option, Its now last midnight and still no internet
