No connection

Despite meticulously following the restart process you recommended, my Internet remains disconnected. The first and third lights are green, but there is no Internet light. It's quite frustrating to pay for a super-fast connection and end up with none at all. This issue needs to be addressed immediately, as I have work assignments to complete..

A restart cannot resolve any external issues.  You'll need to call Sky to book an Openreach investigation.
