WiFi not working
All green lights on Sky hub but no WiFi is working says something is down in my area but then says it's fine and then there's a problem again?

@Bethany17 if the hub is showing green lights the hub is connected to the line but it sounds like there is an issue beyond the exchange. The only thing you can try is to power down the hub for 30 minutes and then try reconnecting to see if that bypasses the problem. Otherwise you will need to wait until Sky fix whatever the problem is.
