No connection

No connection at all for the last 6 hours, tried everything to reboot etc and still nothing will work. Ran checks multiple times and its says everything is fine, but its very clearly not fine.

Do you still have no connection, what lights are lit on your hub and have you tried rebooting it ?

The power light is green, internet amber, wifi green

That means there is an issue so have you tried running the broadband test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection to see if it does find a fault ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I have disconnected everything and reset hub it is now working
