Sky mini box keeps loosing connection

@Tj110 what iscthe colour of your Sky hub? If you havecthe newer whitectype the Q mini cannotvconnect directly to the new hub instead it needs to connectvto the main Q box or another Q mini or booster assuming that is connected. If you still have issues then call Sky as they will either send a booster or send out an engineer.
