No internet connection or phone line

Fibre broadband not working. Orange light on the hub for the internet and phone. Tried hard booting the router and system. But nothing has changed.

@Mtaylor1 run the service checker in the My Sky app overca mobile connection if when you click through to test the broadbandcdoesnt tell you Sky arexaware of a fault affecting your line givectgem a call to report the issue.
