No connection to WiFi

Router has green lights following having to restart it. Sky glass TV status says I have connection to broadband router NO connection to internet. 

Please help. We have only had this TV for a month!!

My phone didn't work but I figured it out. 

I reset the router, checked network settings to find out the info I've said above. Called SKY. I just needed to turn the TV off for 60 seconds then back on! Feel a right dumbo 🙈🤣

I'd give them a call [Removed]. The person I spoke to was very helpful 🙂

Had to write the number like that as wasn't allowed to submit.

An engineer came put and said I needed a new box ordered the box and still not delivered then my hub had all lights on but as soon as I connected a xbox co sole it then went faulty again? So no new box and still a very bad connection but still taking payment for the broadband??

@Jayden42 You just need to call sky again to see what is happening with the order off your replacement hub!

my tv keeps turng off saying no connection to wifi. has been doing this for months. have had a new box delivered. but no different, can it be the router thats not working . please help or cancel contract. we cannot put up with this any longer.                                                                                                                                                  Alan Allwood

@allwood1 Is your sky Q TV box hard wired by Ethernet connection to the sky Hub, what sky Hub are you using for the connection.

 

The Forum is not sky Customer Service so you are aware of that fact, if you wish to cancel your sky Q then you need to do that by calling them with the 1 Month notice that you have to give.
