No connection to WIFI, states too many devices connected.
Hello,
Wi-Fi is on and sky website keeps stating connection is okay - phone will connect to Wi-Fi but sky box and other devices will not. Other devices stating that the sky broad device list is full - however there's only 5 devices connected to the broadband? Neither of my sky boxes now working as won't connect to a Wi-Fi that is apparently working.
Any help would be great - have tried all of the tips given by the bot to try reset everything and nothing has worked.

Re: No connection to WIFI, states too many devices connected.
@Nataliesmxth to be able to help can you confirm if the Sky box you refer to is a Sky Q satellite box or a different type? Sky Q boxes act as wifi hot spots so if the Q box loses its connection other devices near it will also lose access to the internet. It would help if you posted your Sky hub's stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

@Nataliesmxth nothing obviously wrong but given the issue involves Q boxes losing connection Inthink you are best advised to talk to Sky as they may need to send out an engineer to see what is wrong. Therefore I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
