No connection to Kindle reader since thiks contract was commenced

Message on kindle each time I try to connect with router says no wifi connection so bought a new kindle assuming my model wS TOO OLD.  nEW MODEL STILL GIVING ME GHE SAME MESSAGE

@kINDLE You need to say what the kindle model is, and more importantly what Sky Hub that you have.

However if thst doesnt work check the WiFi password you arecentering is correct as it is easy to confuse numbers with letters and vice versa. If still stuck try rebooting the Kindle see https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=G9WDGDTCSDQMSU7Z
