No broadband

The broadband has failed again this has been off line since 30th June we have many issues from May you will see calls logged and booked visits for open reach the issues still persistent.. this has been offline more than we have had the service Router has been turned off un powered and rest multiple times we had 4 green lights but still no connection

You will need to contact Sky and inform them you're still having problems.

@Scott.94 you are not comunicating with Sky by posting in the forum to take your issue forward with them requires direct contact. Forum members are customers like yourself who can often advise but we need further information. 

If you would like our help,please post whether you have a full fibre connection which connects via an ONT unit with lights or parial fibre which uses the old copper phone line. If you do have pariak fibrecand a black Sky hub posting its connection stats helps the techy members work out what maybe wrong see Sky Hub statistics
