No broadband

Had open reach out twice.tgey can't detect problem but I still keep lising connection.

@Kate+mokwa Does the hub indicate by changing the light status that there is a loss of internet? If you have an intermittent fault they can be a complete nightmare to get fixed. Indicate what hub you have, and also linked the Tips at the top off the screen.
