No broadband

Test says everything's working,  but it isn't. No internet, no phone.. Multiple resets of everything tried. Believe phone line has been damaged by winds (happened before).

If that's the case then you'll need to log it with Sky for Openreach to address, but obviously they are going to be a bit busy this week.
