Need broadband activated

Hi, my braodband was installed and all lights are green except for the internet light which is orange. I have been onto the fibre provided (NBI) and they are telling me my NBI box is working perfectly to contact sky. My devices can pick up the wifi itself but due to the "internet" problem I cannot connect any decives to it. Can someone please help ASAP
