No broadband
Haven't had any internet connection since it has stopped working on 20th of december, the issue has been raised, sky promised an OR engineer to be arranged and the problem fixed within 2-5 working days, it has been 2 weeks now and nothing has been fixed. Holidays ruined by sky and OR incompetence. Will be leaving this rubish provider.

Re: No broadband
Openreach have a target fix time of two working days. That doesn't include the two weekends and the three bank holidays we've had since your issue started.
The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account.
