No broadband

Have no connection to internet on sky Q box or mini box have ensured password correct think router is defective

@Phippenk What sky hub is the Sky Q connecting to and looks like you are setting the Q to the Hub over a wireless wi-fi connection. Once the Q is up and connected then the mini is next. See the link below to what sky hub! Specfic connection required depending on which sky hub is in use! 2nd link is if you are using sky Max!
