No broadband

My broadband has been down since yesterday - can you give me an update please.

@Sarahmez The community is manned mainly be fellow customers, so we have no idea how long your particular outage will last, there may be some infomation here https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus, if nothing shows there then you will have to call Sky for an update.

Sky tend to quote 2 WORKING DAYS as a potential fix time. This is the service level agreement in the UK between ISP’s and Openreach for fixing a fault as Openreach claim to be successful within that timeframe in 85+% of cases.
