No broadband

WiFi down despite service checks saying connected. No Internet connection at all

Same here - says WiFi looks fine and no devices connected to it - that's because it's not working!

Same here. So annoying. Given up and will have to get up earlier to call or will have to drive to office

All, 


At that time of night it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.

Same here all light are on and called the help desk and they said it would be back up in an hour that was 12 hours ago

Your issue is very likely unrelated to this thread. The others have all posted about issues apparently occurring after midnight. Maintenance usually takes place between midnight and 0700.

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
