Broadband is down, on the ONT the PON light is solid red!
tried all the usual step that Sky provide still not working. I have had this issue before but I was able to speak to someone on the phone. This time unable to speak to anyone?
seriously considering leaving sky ! Crap customer service and pay a lot of money for "ultra fast" internet that is actually just average.
