No broadband...

No broadband since about 7.45pm

Sky app says no issues...but clearly there is...

@Shakinsteve  Can you run through what lights you see on the router and what ones you don't from the link below.

@Shakinsteve  Did you go through by clicking on your router which you have it will take you through what the possible problems can be.

Yes i have followed but still no broadband...so fed up with sky lack of service...

They just said there's problem in area and engineer's are trying to fix it, but that's been nearly all day 🙄 & same answer everytime I check

@Kerry681 area issues can take a while to fix and nobody can normally tell you how long it will take so sorry you will have to be patient. You wil be compensated if ther sevice is down fir more than 2 working days.
