Find out more@Sami87 how are you measuring speeds if its overcwifi you are often just checking the WiFi speed from your hub to your device which will often be slower than a full fibre connection to the hub which is what you are paying for. Check the speed over a direct ethernet connection with nothing else running to see if your connection is running slowly.
Wifi speeds in your home depend on the layout, type of construction and level of interference which are not something Sky can control.
