@Clewbrew24 if the phone is not accepting the Sky connection password first tell the phone tonforget the Sky connection then power it down which on most iPhones is done by pressing and hokding the side button and one of the volume buttons at thecsametime until the power slider is on screen. Wait a few seconds then restart the phone once fully reboted add the Sky connection and hopefully it should work
