No broadband service, so no gaming, no streaming services, no work

No sky broadband service. Cant find any information. No out of hours service. Need internet connection for multiple reasons

@ShaneGrainne Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

It's happening here too, and the test says everything's alright, no internet at all

@FreyaM1  Have you been able to report this fault to Sky and has it only just happened today or tonight?

It only just happened tonight like literally minutes ago. And there are many more people posting abt losing internet just now tonight

@FreyaM1 most reports of conection going down around midnight are due to overnight maintenance activity and are completly normal. It is only if your service is still down in the morning that you need to be concerned. If tge test doesnt report a known faukt in yourcarea then call Sky to report your issue.
