Internet issues, sky's update refuses issue

My Internet has been on and off for 2 days now, I do the WiFi and Internet check on the app and it says everything is OK even when the router is failing and no Internet connection is available. I now can not use my TV as takes longer to reconnect than how long the Internet comes on for. I have tried restarting and turning off router and all devices. Your app doesn't actually work! I feel like there must be better services available in my area as I have never had a steady connection from the day I had it

@A1EPX you are not talking to Sky by posting in thecforum, however forum members can probably help if you post your Sky hub's stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
