Loss of signal

Internet went off approx 00:10 this morning.

Sky Q said no connection

I've done every thing it's told me to do the are only 3 lights on the BT wall  socket should be 4  and the hub currently only has 3 2 green and one orange

WiFi not working

My WiFi is not working but the sky app says all connections are fine I've reset the router to no avail

Wifi stopped working

Hello. WiFi stopped work while steaming. Family shares acres. We attempted to remove all wiring, waithe 15 seconds before reconnecting all.
