i'm having the same issue, none of my devices are connecting , no amount of restarting and re plugging in wires is helping, the ai bot doesn't understand what i'm trying to say but the app says everything's fine when it's clearly not.

Wifi drop at 1 am

Wifi signal loss at 1 am every night last couple days. orange light on Internet displayed at router Service checker shows fine but am not getting wifi

yeah suffolk here and had the same issue, it's becoming too often this happens now and no way of fixing

Broadband test comes ok but the light in the hub is orange

Broadband is coming and going, when I run the test with my phone the system says everything looks ok, but the led is orange for internet on the hub. What's the problem and how to fix it?

Same. I'm in Essex and it's just gone. Really annoying as my sons camera and sock is all linked to WiFi and he's poorly so I've had to get out the holiday one and wake everyone up 😭

Brandband not working

My Brandband keep losing connection it's happening twice now it seem like this is a regular thing with this issue so I'm deciding to leave sky as this a common thing now with this service

Suffolk here, been out for over an hour. Been troubleshooting this whole time since MySky gaslit me into thinking everything was fine on their end. 
Customer service with this company nearly nonexistent.

im in Cambridgeshire and mines exactly the same. been unplugging and resetting over and over but not making any difference. I hope sky resolves this asap
