Broadband cutting out and always slow

My wifi connection was mostly fine when I moved to sky. Recently however, over the last few months the internet connection has been awful, first I was unable to game on my console- which I was able to grin and bare but now everything is being affected including teams calls and even just using wifi on my phone. I have a small flat and the router is bang in the middle with no obstructions yet still cant get good connection
