No broadband or talk

Hi engineer x cd e to day to install sky hub. Said all I had to do was transfer leads from old talktalk box to new sky hub. Now got no broadband or landline phone. And account saying I don't have sky broadband. Waited since end of January for this.

What kind of broadband did the engineer put in place? Typically such a visit is for FTTP and that's going to be a different cabling setup.
