Our Internet was fixed some weeks ago but has now been cutting out a lot in the last 3 weeks. We currently have no WiFi.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Hi yes we've tried that. It says everything is fine. It also said this when it wasn't fine a couple of months ago.
