Our Internet connection is frequently cutting out.

Our Internet was fixed some weeks ago but has now been cutting out a lot in the last 3 weeks. We currently have no WiFi.

@PhilB1979 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Hi yes we've tried that. It says everything is fine. It also said this when it wasn't fine a couple of months ago.
