No broadband or phone

My broadband has been out for the last few hours, resetting does nothing despite many attempts. This is becoming a real issue as the same thing occurred yesterday. I do not go through a week without my broadband going down, different times, different days. It seems fibre broadband is not as good as suggested. On checking on Mysky it tells me there's a problem then after a few minutes it sorts itself and the checker says all ok, no it's not ok as it's still off.

Hello,

 

My broadband continues to experience outages, sometimes lasting for 1 to 2 days each week. These outages can range from a few minutes to 4-6 hours. Despite performing all the usual checks, nothing seems to restore the connection. When I check the Mysky app, it indicates that there is a problem, but after running a few diagnostics, it often reports that there are no issues, even though my internet is still down. Eventually, the connection comes back on its own, which is quite frustrating.

 

I recently changed the router to a new Sky router due to these issues, but the problem persists.
