No broadband - no internet light, voice light orange

Hi all,

 

Woke up to find wifi down. Voice light is orange, internet light is off completely and the service checker will not run as it says it is unavailable at the moment.

 

I've carried out all of the suggested off/ons/disconnecting of cables.

 

Can anyone advise please?

@Charlotte1711 assume you are trying to run the app over a mobile connection but if you are and it is not telling you Skype are aware of an issue affecting your line give them a call tonreport it.
