No broadband for 16 days and no one is helping!

It's been 16 days since I reported my broadband not working. Since then I've not been contacted once by Sky. I've had to keep calling and I'm barely told anything, sometimes literally nothing. It's with Openreach apparently.  No response to my complaint. Will I ever have broadband again? No idea. If anyone has tips on how to get this resolved I'd be grateful.

An ISP only has as much information as Openreach will provide.  Has the cause of the outage been identified?

Re: No broadband for 16 days and no one is helping!bits of info I’ve been told are: a card in the ex

I was told they had to replace a card in the exchange, then link that up, but I think that was done a week ago. Also, something about having to wait for a Nokia man to come back, he was due back yesterday and there's been no changes. No idea what the Nokia man had to do with anything.

Nokia (a Finnish company) is the major provider of exchange, cabinet, cellular and home broadband hardware after Huawei was blacklisted by UK government as a telecoms  infrastructure supplier back in 2020 for being too closely linked to the Chinese Communist Party.
