No Internet connection despite sky checker saying everything looks good after saying a fault is dete

I have no internet service. When go on sky service checker it shows there is an issue, so I press to fix this and further checks say everything looks good but still no internet service.

Yes same here, done all checks, restarted, unplugged etc and nothing.
