No broadband connection

My broadband is down . All tests show everything is fine but I have an amber light in my router and no connection.

@Crazy+hazy if the onlie connection test in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection isnt showing that Sky arexaware of an issue affecting your line you will have to call in to report the issue.
