The broadband light on my hub / router isn’t on. I’ve tried all the connections and turning off etc

The broadband light on my hub is t working and I've tried all the connections and fixes but when I try to run the fix on line it keeps saying it can do it. What do I do??

@LooBrack if the connection test in the My Sky app run over a moble connection doesnt tell you Sky are aware of a fault in your area call them and report the issue.

Thank you. Apparently there is an issue in the area but it's frustrating it doesn't say that when you check online! Have spend hours trying to fix when there's actually nothing I could do!!
