@DeltaFergy check the phone's settings as iPhones have an option on by default touse mobile data if it is faster than Wifi it is right at the bottom of the Mobile settings called WiFi assist. Otherwise check that tge setting for Sky's Briadband Shield is not set too restrictively as thst could cause issues with accessing content. That is in the My Sky app.
