I have not long had Sky installed after my house move, and honestly its turning into a nightmare. From having steady speed in my old house, to having no connection whatsoever in my new home. I am visually impaired due to Glaucoma and have no one near me that can resolve this issue.
I have no internet light as far as I can see on my hub, checking online indicates an issue with my broadband, can someone book a tech for me please. I am not IT litterate and with my vision being poor it makes it hard to troubleshoot.
