No broadband connectio

Hello, we currently have no wifi connection to our devices. We have run tests via online website, all seems ok. But still no connection to our devices.

Have you tried rebooting your broadband hub at the mains then after powering it back up leaving it for 10 minutes before seeing if you can then connect your devices up ?
