No broadband. Sky website unresponsive as soon as i log in
Broadband went down yesterday around 1430pm. Could get into sky account and check connection which said no broadband and no WiFi. Website freezes as soon as I click for support. So i cant seek help. Tried all of yesterday afternoon using mobile data and other people's WiFi. As soon as I log in everything becomes slow and unresponsive. All other websites run fine on phone daya and other peoples internet. Does anyone have a number or an email i can contact sky. Its very odd. I work from home so this isn't ideal at all.

If you have Sky Talk and you have a dial tone then its 150.
Otherwise

I remember the Internet starting!
Sky Full Fibre & Virgin Media XGS-PON, with automatic failover using DrayTek multi WAN router.
Sky Q, which will be sadly missed when they decide to kill it off!

Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers wfh to use it they won't receive additional or quicker support.
Sky don't use email for general communication or fault reporting.
Sky normally quote 2 WORKING DAYS as a potential fix time. This is the service level agreement in the UK between ISPs and Openreach for fixing a fault as Openreach claim to be successful within that timeframe in 85+% of cases.
