No appointment from open reach

After a lightning strike on Saturday I am sat here (wednesday) still with no wifi. There has been no contact from open reach, no engineer and sky have fobbed me off blaming open reach. After 20 years this is the final straw. 3 adults in this house all working from home on their mobile data! Shocking service.

If you reported this to Sky at the weekend then Openreach aim to respond to such issues within a few working days but this does deoend on the availability of someone in your area. While Sky can not speed this process up they should be able to contact Openreach again for you.
