No internet, can’t make any calls, this is happening too often

I have been experiencing trouble connecting to WiFi and cannot make calls also when I do finally get connected it disconnects. Thus has been happening for a whole week now. Even before then it was slow in connecting. I'm paying for the fastest broadband service, it does not seem like it at all.
