No Wifi

Our WiFi appears as connected on our devices however the connection is very poor to the point where it cuts out and doesn't even work. I have completed the test broadband and everything comes back to say it's okay. I have included pictures as the router does have a orange light and also the internet light isn't as bright as the others.  
I can't even find to chat or call with someone.
