No WiFi

Hi 

 

we reported a fault last night with patchy WiFi and an engineer was here this morning. I left whilst he was still outside and now we have no WiFi at all? Engineer has gone but no update as to what is happening. Please can you advise

He may be working on it from a cabinet or exchange. What did the engineer say to whoever was still at the address before leaving?
